Our Process is simple

As simple as 1, 2, 3…

Provide us with the Job Descriptions for the new roles in the new structure. We work with you to develop the Job Success Formula for each role in the new structure. This is the combination of skills and behaviours required for high performance.

Provide us with the Internal Candidate Details, such as email, telephone number etc. We contact the employees on your behalf, explain the process and ask them to complete a short 30 minute questionnaire.

You receive the data on each employee mapped against the criteria for the job. Once the employees complete the questionnaire, we walk you through each profile and explain what the data means and how to use it for the selection process.

If you wish to engage with us further following the process, we also offer full coaching support via, our team of experienced coaches and mentors, who can not only help with on-boarding employees into their new role, but also help transition those employees who are moving on from your organisation into new roles.
